Comment: Scott County, Lincoln Rd Bridge Replacement over I-74, 1.6 miles W. of the Mississippi River in Bettendorf. Lincoln Rd. will be closed to all traffic and diverted to local roads. Lane closures permitted on I-74 from 7 PM to 6AM Monday through Friday. Deceleration/Acceleration lanes may be closed 9 AM to 3 PM. There will also be 20 minute Total Closures Intermittently between the normal restricted hours for bridge replacement and Dynamic Message Signs being installed in the same general area. HMA resurfacing on US 30 from K Avenue just East of Tama-Toledo to just East of the IA 21 intersection at Mile Post 218.22 will result in single line traffic alternating directions. Traffic through the work area will be controlled by a pilot car and flaggers. There will be one 12' lane and a 10' shoulder open in one direction with a 16' width restriction in effect. Work is scheduled to be done in the daytime Monday through Friday with some Saturday work possible beginning October 9, 2009, and scheduled for completion on November 25, 2009.
