US 18 in both directions: between US 71; County Road B19 and US 71 left lane closed due to work on underground cables Comment: Left lane of US 18 in Spencer closed in both directions between 8th and 18th st. , due to city repairs of underground cables. There will be a 12 foot width restriction in place. Motorists are advised to watch for crews, equipment, and to obey traffic control signing. Area of work is within Clay county.
